The role involves providing one-on-one hands-on care in home and community settings, assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and ensuring client comfort. Responsibilities also include being a dependable presence and empowering clients by teaching and reinforcing life-changing skills to promote independence.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or College Transcript/Degree, along with current CPR certification (no online classes) and a recent TB skin test within the last 12 months. Proof of Auto Insurance is also mandatory, alongside a strong commitment to compassionate care.
