Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Interventional Radiologist to support comprehensive, hospital-based radiology services at Alan B Miller Medical Center. This role follows a structured block coverage model designed to support clinical continuity, procedural volume, and sustainable work-life balance. The position includes procedural responsibilities, integrated call coverage, and the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, biopsies, catheter insertions, vascular interventions, and ablations Interpret diagnostic imaging to guide procedural planning Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgery, oncology, emergency medicine, hospitalists, etc.) Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and communication Provide timely consultative support to referring providers Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives

Compensation Compensation is aligned with coverage commitment, employment classification, and annual workload expectations under an approved block scheduling model. Final compensation is determined by approved coverage level, RVU productivity expectations, and employment classification. Full-Time Coverage (26 Weeks / 182 Shifts per Year) W-2 Employment: $625,000 annually 1099 Independent Contractor: $650,000 annually
