The Operations Associate will manage prescriptions from intake through fulfillment, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with privacy standards. This involves contacting healthcare providers to obtain missing information and accurately recording all communications and data within the company's CRM system.
The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office is required, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus, alongside the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
