To thrive as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) at Southwest Health System, Inc., you will need a minimum of an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science, along with 1 year of preferred experience in the field. National certification from ASCP or AMT is essential, as well as a current BLS CPR certification to ensure the highest safety standards.
