The Advanced Practitioner will diagnose and treat common medical problems for patients of all ages across two urgent care clinics, providing services such as routine health exams, immunizations, and screenings. They will also be responsible for performing procedures like suturing and splinting as needed.
Candidates must be an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least six months of experience in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care, and must be able to treat patients from age one to adults. Required certifications include Basic Life Support and certification by the NCCPA, with a Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant studies being required.
