The Physical Therapist is responsible for restoring or maintaining a patient's current level of independence and physical functionality. This involves planning and administering medically prescribed interventions to alleviate pain and prevent disability or the impact of disease.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a clear/active Physical Therapy license in California, along with current CPR certification and tuberculosis documentation. Experience in corrections, forensic, or criminal justice settings is preferred, and the ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
