This role involves providing direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as conducting diagnostic assessments for assigned clients dealing with mental illness and adjustment difficulties. Key duties also include developing treatment plans, documenting all services in the electronic record, and performing necessary linkage and advocacy functions.
Candidates must possess a BSW or a master's degree in social work or counseling, along with demonstrated knowledge of mental illness, counseling skills, assessment, and crisis intervention. The position requires strong personal integrity, teamwork ability, and the capacity to work effectively with individuals who may be ill, disabled, upset, or hostile.

Unison Health is seeking an LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC. This position provides direct therapeutic services to assigned clients with mental illness and adjustment difficulties. These services are provided through individual, group and family therapy or through the diagnostic assessment process. This position also requires linkage and advocacy skills as necessary.
