The primary focus of this Physical Therapist role is to enhance patient care and safety by assessing patient abilities, preventing disability, relieving pain, and restoring function to the patient's maximum capability. This involves positive collaboration as part of the MCH team, working with physicians, family, nursing staff, and supervising supportive personnel.
Candidates must possess current Montana Physical Therapy Licensure, and while one year of related experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply. Essential duties include utilizing various physical therapy equipment and demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
