Must be a licensed Physician Assistant or APRN with BLS certification and eligibility for DEA and State Controlled Substance licenses. A Master's degree and 3-5 years of acute care experience are preferred.

Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement). Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V. Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V. BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers. Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
3-5 years experience in acute care setting preferred Rapid assessment and treatment of acute, non-emergent conditions; managing high volumes, and must have strong communication. Team player with ability to work independently. Must be able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely and patient-centered care. Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
