The Phlebotomy Technician is responsible for accurately performing and processing Point of Care Testing (POC), venous, and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children, along with all related functions. This role requires flexibility to cover rotational weekends and adhere to a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Candidates must possess at least one year of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, along with keyboard/data entry skills. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift objects, sit or stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and possess fine dexterity, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license often required.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
