The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide direct medical screenings and primary care services to patients, including offering clinical consultation and arranging necessary referrals to other providers. Essential duties also involve reviewing diagnostic results, prescribing medications with patient counseling, evaluating medical charts for follow-up, and accurately documenting all patient interactions in the EHR.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado, along with holding active Board certification and BLS Certification. While previous experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those with two years post-licensing experience.

In order to ensure efficient, quality health care services, the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide medical screenings and primary care to our patients.
Provides direct health care services to patients. Offers clinical consultation and arranges referrals to other providers and clinical staff. Reviews lab and x-ray results of other providers patient care results. Prescribes medications to patients, including counseling patients regarding the proper use and contraindications of medications as well as detect and diagnose adverse drug reactions. Evaluates medical charts to determine appropriate patient care follow up and education regarding acute and chronic illnesses. Accurately and completely charts information regarding patient interactions into the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Participate in the STRIDE after-hours telephone call system. Attends all staff meetings and all other meetings as assigned.

We offer a competitive hourly range of $108,000 - $130,000 depending on your experience. This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
