Licensed Practical Nurse - Float Nurses

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients who present with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems; utilizes knowledge of basic nursing principles, practices and ethics; participates in the organization and management of the physician's practice. The Float department serves as the Clinic’s full-time float pool, providing coverage to departments during times of vacancies, medical leave, vacation requests or sick days. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program, required Current state licensure, required Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record, required CPR certification, preferred

Employees are also responsible for their own transportation to/from satellite clinic locations.
