The role involves providing one-on-one personal care to senior clients, assisting with daily living activities such as mobility, toileting, grooming, bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Responsibilities also include meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping, and offering companionship to help seniors remain safely independent.
Candidates must have at least one year of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation, as the role requires servicing multiple counties. A comprehensive background check and drug testing are mandatory, although a CNA license is explicitly not required.
