The role involves delivering individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children, conducting evaluations, and developing treatment plans for various communication and feeding needs. Clinicians must implement engaging, play-based interventions while accurately documenting care and collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold or be eligible for an active state SLP license. The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, alongside strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
