Advanced Practice Providers plan, evaluate, and implement high-quality medical care for both adults and children in cooperation with center physicians while adhering to high standards of patient satisfaction. Providers must also maintain accurate records, participate in required meetings, and maintain necessary professional certifications.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Eligible and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Ohio, possess an advanced degree from an accredited program, and hold current DEA registration and DOT certification. Required experience includes performing procedures like suturing and drainage of abscesses, and reading diagnostic studies such as x-rays and EKGs.
