This role involves reviewing and facilitating scheduling for all physicians within the Heart and Vascular department. Key responsibilities include managing cath lab and EP lab scheduling, approving Paid Time Off (PTO), and maintaining updates within the EPIC scheduling system.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree or Medical Secretary Certification being preferred. A minimum of two years of medical office experience and one year of prior scheduling experience is required.
Reviews and helps facilitate scheduling for all physicians with in Heart and Vascular. Is responsible for cath lab scheduling, EP lab scheduling as well as approving PTO and reviewing, updating EPIC schedules.
