The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for completing evaluations and screenings across assigned skilled nursing facilities, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals for patients. This role also requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and billing.
Candidates must possess Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy and ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree. Essential qualifications include strong communication and collaboration skills focused on patient care, the ability to create individualized treatment plans, and accuracy in documentation and billing.
