The technologist will perform complex electroneurodiagnostic procedures, including continuous video EEG monitoring, developing montages, and analyzing ongoing data to assist physicians during procedures in various hospital units. Responsibilities also include participating in on-call coverage, teaching students, and maintaining equipment quality control.
Candidates must complete a 24-month END Technology program or equivalent education/experience and must be eligible for certification by a nationally recognized agency, achieving certification within nine months of employment. Desired qualifications include advanced neuroanatomy knowledge and experience with IOM monitoring.
