The ideal candidate must excel in a busy, outpatient setting managing medically complex patient cases by providing detailed physical therapy assessments and developing tailored care plans. Responsibilities also include providing manual therapy, educating patients, maintaining quality documentation, and working with electronic medical records.
Candidates must possess an active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Licensure and be comfortable with electronic documentation and basic technology, welcoming both new graduates and experienced clinicians. A highly motivated team player attitude is essential, with encouragement for skillset advancement through continued education.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Licensure with a willingness to learn Atlas treatment strategies. New grads or experienced clinicians welcomed.
Must be comfortable using electronic documentation, and other basic technology. Working one-on-one in private treatment rooms, assessing patients, building and executing patient plans of care; and implementing appropriate physical therapy interventions including manual hands-on treatment.
Must be a highly motivated individual, a team player, and maintain a positive attitude. Must be willing to work as a team keeping patient care on the forefront. With the complexity of our cases, skillset advancement through continued education courses is encouraged and supported.
