The Scrub Tech functions as a key member of the surgical team, ensuring safe and successful operative procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves maintaining the sterile field, preparing the operating room and instruments, assisting surgeons, and managing post-procedure room turnover and cleaning.
Candidates must possess a Scrub Tech Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers, along with competence in basic procedures or one or more specialty areas. New hires are required to have active National Certification as an OR Tech in Surgery or Certified Surgical Technologist.
Ten Hour shifts, Monday - Friday, no call no holidays no weekends.

In addition, this person will actively participate in the surgical operations safety plan as outlined.
