The role involves practicing high-quality veterinary medicine, including proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry, with mentorship available for new graduates. Responsibilities also include comfort with or interest in learning exotic pet medicine.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university and hold an active veterinary state license or the ability to obtain one. DEA License and USDA Accreditation are preferred but not mandatory.
