The therapist will provide individual counseling sessions through telehealth platforms, developing personalized treatment plans and conducting necessary assessments and progress evaluations. They must also maintain accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards and actively participate in team meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with a current Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing. A minimum of one year of clinical counseling experience and comfort with telehealth platforms are required.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with ethical standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
✅ Education & Licensure Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Current Ohio LPC, LPCC, or relevant clinical license in good standing ✅ Experience & Competencies Minimum 1 year of clinical experience providing mental health therapy Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills Comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems ✅ Preferred Experience working with diverse client populations Familiarity with trauma-informed care and other specialized therapies Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development At Thrive Counseling Services, we believe that when our team thrives, our clients do too.
