The Certified Medical Assistant will partner with Providers to support patient care before, during, and after visits, acting as a trusted face for members by gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions. Responsibilities also include performing phlebotomy, closing care gaps, maintaining accurate documentation in EHR systems, and supporting outreach efforts.
Candidates must hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program and possess at least one year of healthcare experience, with home-based care being a plus. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic computer proficiency for EMR documentation are mandatory, along with the ability to handle physical demands like climbing stairs and carrying equipment.

We’re seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who thrive on teamwork, connection, and making a real impact through home care. As part of the Clover Care Visit’s (CCV) Team, you’ll work alongside Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on care with a focus on early intervention and transitional care to set the foundation for long-term health.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must reside in or near Gwinnett County, GA, as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.
