The Hospitality Aide is responsible for assisting residents with daily needs, maintaining the cleanliness and order of resident rooms and common areas, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or facility incidents to the nursing staff. Duties also include assisting with administrative tasks at the nursing station and ensuring resident belongings are organized and labeled.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an 8th-grade education and demonstrate the ability to read, write reports, and apply basic mathematical concepts. Successful performance requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and the ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.
