The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions focusing on pediatric patients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence. Responsibilities also include documenting services, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and providing guidance to COTAs and students.
Candidates must possess a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and hold or be eligible for an Oklahoma OT license, with new graduates encouraged to apply. A passion for pediatrics, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential qualifications.
