$16.50/hr.- $19.16/hr. (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Ensure a clean, comfortable environment that enhances the well-being of residents.
• Floorcare projects (ex. Strip and wax projects and buffing projects).
• Assist with late discharge terminal room cleans.
• Assist with loading and unloading laundry.
• Vacuuming and shampooing of carpets.
• Sweeping and mopping of tv rooms and dining rooms after dinner.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively.
