We’re seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who want to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while working in a supportive, well-staffed environment.

• What You’ll Do
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Support and guide CNAs to ensure excellent resident outcomes

• What We’re Looking For
• LPN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
