Certified Nursing Assistants will provide exceptional care and support to residents, assisting with personal care needs and ensuring their safety and comfort. They will also follow policies and procedures as directed by supervisors.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and current CNA certification. One year of healthcare experience is preferred, particularly in long-term care or geriatric settings.
Follow policies, procedures, and work schedules as directed by supervisors. Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Support residents with personal care needs, including feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, and more, while respecting individual preferences. Safely lift, turn, position, and transport residents using proper techniques and equipment. Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises and record data as needed. Respond promptly to resident calls, ensuring safety precautions are followed. Use personal protective equipment and tools such as gait belts and mechanical lifts when required.
High school diploma or equivalent. Current CNA certification in this state or completion of an approved nurse aide training program. 1 year of healthcare experience preferred, especially in long-term care or geriatric settings. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills. Adaptability to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
