The Family Support Specialist is responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with families, developing family-centered interventions, and conducting assessments to determine needs. They will also assist families in establishing goals and connecting them with appropriate resources.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience working with children and families. A Certified Home Visit Provisional License must be obtained within the first three months of employment.
