Exciting opportunity for a neonatologist to join our established NICU team at University Medical Center Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative environment while working alongside experienced neonatal and pediatric specialists.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in a Level IV NICU Manage critically ill newborns, including ventilator management and advanced procedures Collaborate with obstetrics, pediatrics, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Engage in clinical documentation, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives Provide education and support to families Participate in call rotation and NICU coverage schedule About Lubbock, Texas Located in West Texas, Lubbock is a vibrant mid-sized city known as the “Hub City” for its role as the economic, healthcare, and educational center of the South Plains region.
