• Summary We are an Advanced Fetal Care Center, located in downtown Charleston at the Shawn Jenkins Children's Hospital at 10 McClennan Banks Drive.
• The Advanced Fetal Care Center is a multi-disciplinary group of providers that meet with families before the birth of their newborn and help with coordination of the specialized care that their baby will need before and after birth. Job Description

• Schedule: The position is 8 hours-4 days per week. Day off will be rotating. LPN Minimum Education and Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program. Licensed as an LPN within the state of South Carolina or a compact state. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. CMA Minimum Training and Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited medical assisting program with one year of patient care experience preferred. CMA Required Licensure and/or Certifications (One Required): American Medical Technologist (AMT) American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) National Health career Association (NHA) MedCA as a Certified Clinical & Administrative Medical Assistant (MA1) National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT). CMA Additional Requirements: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider."
