The Mammo Technologist will perform mammography to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical disorders. They will also maintain communication with staff and ensure patient safety during procedures.
Candidates must have a degree in Mammography or Radiologic Technology and 1-2 years of related experience. Licensure from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and CPR certification are required.
We are seeking an experienced ARDMS‑registered Ultrasound Technologist to join our imaging team. Under the general supervision of an attending radiologist and in accordance with departmental protocols, the Ultrasound Technologist utilizes high‑frequency sound waves and advanced diagnostic techniques to produce high‑quality ultrasound images. These images support accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient care across General Ultrasound and Breast Imaging services. Areas of Coverage General Ultrasound Breast Imaging, including: Breast ultrasound–guided biopsies Diagnostic mammography ultrasound Whole Breast Ultrasound Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations following established protocols Assist with breast ultrasound–guided biopsies and specialized breast imaging procedures Accurately document and evaluate ultrasound images and related clinical data Collaborate with radiologists and clinical teams to support timely and accurate diagnoses Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout all procedures Maintain equipment, follow safety standards, and comply with regulatory requirements Here is what you'll need Required: ARDMS‑registered Ultrasound Associate Degree; graduate from an accredited two-year Ultrasound Program, required; OR equivalent training acquired via work experience Specific Degree(s): AMA approved Sonography program; Graduate of a CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs) approved school of Ultrasound Technology Less than one year of previous job-related experience New Graduates: 9-month ultrasound coursework experience including clinical rotation with a minimum of 1,680 total hours from an accredited program Licensure/Certifications Required: CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association ONLY Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)-Specialization in Abdomen, Ob/Gyn or PS Other: Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Proficiency in ultrasound principles, practices, and techniques Experience in General Ultrasound and Breast Imaging strongly preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
