- How you’ll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, patient focused practice, supporting the FCA employees and their dependents.
- Preventative Medicine/Lifestyle Medicine preferred but not required.
- Join a well established, collegial teams Call structure: 1 week every 6 weeks Practice setting: Outpatient Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care that prioritizes building strong, enduring patient-provider relationships for optimal long-term health outcomes.
- Optimize patient well-being by rigorously assessing current health risks and deploying proactive strategies for disease prevention, early detection, and health education.
- Lead collaborative efforts across the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination and a holistic approach throughout the patient journey.
- Ensure urgent patient needs are met with accessibility by offering same-day appointments for acute illness and unexpected medical concerns.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
