- How you’ll make an impact in this role This is an exceptional opportunity for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a highly regarded practice, dedicated to improving the health of executives of local and International companies and for individuals who want Direct Primary Care.
- Practice includes 1 full time physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner Practice setting: Outpatient Call structure: 24/7, however calls are extremely minimal Lead comprehensive, individualized patient visits and executive annual physicals to deliver a detailed evaluation of overall health and wellness, ensuring every patient receives dedicated attention.
- Create personalized, evidence-based health strategies, emphasizing disease prevention and proactive management of diverse conditions to ensure long-term patient vitality and optimal outcomes.
- Cultivate deep, trusting patient relationships by utilizing extended visit times to understand individual health histories, resulting in a highly engaged and appreciative patient partnership Support the Direct Primary Care model by delivering specialized primary care services and personalized medicine to a select population of local and international executives and private individuals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
