The SLP will evaluate and treat adult or pediatric patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in their homes. They will create individualized treatment plans and instruct caregivers to enhance patient safety and independence.
The job requires the SLP to have expertise in evaluating and treating various disorders. Experience in home health care and familiarity with OASIS documentation is implied.
