The Clinical Pharmacist validates medication orders, compounds medications, and provides consultative services regarding medications and interactions. They document clinical activities and maintain relationships with pharmacy leadership and other departments.
A Doctorate Degree is required, or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. A Pennsylvania Pharmacist License is required within 4 months of hire, and board eligibility may be accepted in lieu of an actual license.
