The Cat Scan Technologist performs radiologic procedures and assists physicians and radiologists. They are responsible for ensuring patient comfort and safety, producing high-quality images, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science. Two years of experience in CT is preferred, along with ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) registrations and BCLS certification.
Education: A high school diploma or GED; Graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Science Experience: 2 years’ experience in CT preferred Licenses/Certificates: Must be ARRT (R) registered. Must be ARRT (CT) registered. BCLS required
