The Student Nurse Aide provides personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and assisting with ambulation under supervision. They also support nursing staff by maintaining resident rooms, organizing supplies, and monitoring resident conditions.
Candidates must have written proof of completion of a 16-hour ADL training course from an authorized provider. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to follow safety and documentation protocols are also required.
