Provide 1-on-1 skilled nursing care in the home and monitor patient condition and vital signs. Manage trach, ventilator, and feeding tube care while following individualized plans of care.
An active RN or LVN license in Texas is required along with trach, vent, and G-tube experience. Current CPR certification and the ability to work independently in a home setting are also necessary.
Pediatric RN / LVN – Nights / Trach, Vent, G-Tube / Private Duty / Tomball Area
$23–$28/hr. | RN: $31–$38/hr. (based on acuity)
Pediatric Cases – Consistent Hours Available Reliant Healthcare Group is actively hiring RNs and LVNs with trach, ventilator, and G-tube experience to provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for pediatric patients in the home. We offer consistent, long-term cases with stable scheduling — ideal for nurses who want reliable hours and meaningful patient relationships.
Current Open Cases Include Trach & Vent patients (high acuity) G-tube dependent pediatric patients Day, night, and weekend shifts available Full-time and part-time options
