Assesses patients and performs diagnostics while consulting with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administers prescribed therapy to patients based on physician orders and may operate various medical equipment.
Candidates must be graduates of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist educational program and hold current licensure by the Composite State Board of Georgia. Additional certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required or must be obtained within specified timeframes after hire.
Night - 12 Hour (United States of America)7p-7a, FT I.
Assesses patients, performs diagnostics, assists, and consults with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administers the prescribed therapy to patients based on physician orders. May also be required to become proficient in the operation of Pulmonary Lab, cardiovascular and neurology equipment and in the performance of related duties except where additional licensure is required. Will perform in areas of cardiology including electrocardiograms, echocardiography, cardiac and pulmonary stress testing, and electroencephalography where deemed competent. II.
