Candidates must have fellowship training and board certification or eligibility in Gynecologic Oncology. Strong surgical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for providing patient-centered care.
Full-scope gynecologic oncology practice with a mix of outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical care. Access to advanced operating rooms equipped for minimally invasive, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures. Active participation in a multidisciplinary tumor board and coordinated cancer care. Opportunity to shape and expand the gynecologic oncology program, including clinical protocols, patient navigation, and community outreach. Mentorship and teaching opportunities with residents and medical students in a community hospital setting.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $420,000 -$480,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
