The Direct Support Professional provides one-on-one in-home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living and skill-building. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, implementing individualized support plans, and maintaining accurate service documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of caregiving experience. Applicants are required to hold or obtain specific certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll work one-on-one with individuals to provide in-home and community-based support focused on daily living and skill-building.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of caregiving or related experience required; 1 year preferred.
This position is classified as Non-Exempt as outlined by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
