The Diagnostic Radiologist will provide onsite diagnostic radiology services with a focus on pediatric care. The role includes equitable call responsibilities and collaboration within a multi-hospital system.
Candidates must have completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited program and be board eligible or certified. A Florida medical license or the ability to obtain one is also required.
Req 18234 POSITION SUMMARY Onsite Diagnostic Radiology opportunity in Palm Beach County Position based at a Women’s & Children’s hospital – pediatric experience required Up to $50K sign-on bonus (2-year commitment) + additional retention bonus Competitive base salary ($500,000-$525,000) plus incentive structure Day shift, Monday–Friday 10 weeks PTO Equitable call schedule (approximately 12 weekends per year) Growing Women’s & Children’s service line with ~20% pediatric volume Radiologist-led practice with collaborative culture Clinical platform: Mosaic Supported by a multi-hospital system including HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital LOCAL PRACTICE & COMMUNITY OVERVIEW HCA Florida Healthcare operates a strong, collaborative hospital network across the region, including HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital, HCA Florida Highlands Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. This system includes a 398-bed acute care facility with a 41-bed emergency department seeing approximately 80,000 visits annually. Key clinical capabilities include a Pediatric ICU, the region’s only Level III NICU, and a Level II Trauma Center. The system also provides comprehensive stroke care and serves as a hub for medical education and training. Recognized nationally, these hospitals have earned Top Performing Hospital designation from The Joint Commission, highlighting a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology (ACGME-accredited program) Experience or comfort with pediatric imaging required Board eligible or certified (ABR or AOBR) Florida license or ability to obtain COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $500,000-$525,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
