The physician will provide specialized pediatric hematology/oncology services, covering comprehensive programs such as Leukemia/Lymphoma, Neuro-Oncology, Solid Tumors, and Histiocytic Disorders. This role involves delivering clinical care within one of the largest pediatric cancer programs on the West Coast.
Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree, be Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and be eligible for California medical licensure. Completion of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship is mandatory, along with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and/or education.
We are looking for a collaborative, compassionate physician who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care, clinical research, and education. Candidates with 3+ years of experience and an interest in Survivorship are encouraged to apply, though all qualified applicants will be considered. Our Childhood Cancer Survivorship Program has grown from 134 annual visits in 2010 to over 900 projected visits in 2025, providing lifelong, multidisciplinary care to a rapidly expanding survivor population. The program engages nearly 200 participants annually through its conference and awarded 105 scholarships last year, highlighting its strong commitment to education, support, and long-term patient success.
