The Respiratory Therapist III will provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. Responsibilities include managing specialized respiratory equipment and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe care.
Candidates must complete a 2 Year Respiratory Care Program and achieve CRT-RE, CRT-MRE, or RRT status. A minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, particularly in NICU/PICU, along with specific certifications, is required.
Neonatal Pediatric Respiratory Therapist - RT3 will provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients within Women’s and Children’s services. Responsible for delivering high‑acuity clinical support, managing specialized respiratory equipment, and collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to ensure safe, evidence‑based care. The role requires technical proficiency, sound clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to patient and family education.
Completion of 2 Year Respiratory Care Program and has achieved CRT-RE, CRT-MRE or RRT status and completion of NBRC requirements for RRT. Licensed as RRT in the State of Florida and active credential for RRT. Minimum of 3 years of critical care experience, with required experience in NICU/PICU. Must have Certifications - ACCS or NPS, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP
