Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients in nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
Requires an active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment and a minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care. Candidates must possess strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
