Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed Supervise and support LPNs/CNAs as appropriate Document care clearly and timely Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

Requirements
