Clinicians will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessment, psychotherapy, case management, and crisis intervention, while developing and implementing therapeutic treatment plans for diverse client populations.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a related field, preferably with 2+ years of experience in assessment and therapy skills, and must be licensed (2 years post-licensure preferred). Specific training in at least two Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) and the ability to drive for client transport are also required.
Hope Healing Connection (HHC) is dedicated to delivering mental health and assessment services tailored for adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples in the Inland Empire and Orange County for in-office services and Southern California for telehealth services. Our commitment extends to providing both in-office and telehealth therapy services, along with expert neuropsychological testing and evaluation. Clinicians will provide comprehensive mental health services and develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans. Services include, but are not limited to, assessment, psychotherapy, case management, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention. Clinicians may also be responsible for facilitating therapeutic groups or family sessions and may be asked to participate in an on-call rotation. Clinicians will also assist in coordinating and collaborating with outside agencies such as Probation Departments, Schools, Juvenile Dependency Court, and County Behavioral Health Services. This position is eligible for bonuses and merit increases throughout your accumulation of clinical hours, attainment of licensure, and experience in the position post-licensure.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience 1. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required. 2. PsyD/PhD/LCSW/LMFT. 3. Licensed (2 years post licensure preferred) 4. 2+ years’ experience in assessment/diagnostic skills & individual and family therapy skills.
Licensure, Registration, Certification 1. Trained and/or certified in at least 2 EBP’s with at least 1 year of experience working in that EBP, for example: EMDR, PCIT, TF-CBT. 2. Must complete training in ADHD therapy services within 6 months of hire.
Ability to drive a motor vehicle without restrictions, often in heavy traffic and frequently long distances (one hour or more) to ensure safe transport to client settings and to safely transport clients to appointments as needed. Senses of vision, hearing and smell sufficient to regularly operate a motor vehicle, to visualize threats in the environment or risks to clients, and to operate safely in the field. Required to occasionally lift and carry 10-20 pounds. Regularly required to sit, stand, climb stairs (1 or more flights) and walk while in route to and during family visits. Regularly required to sit and use computer in office settings.
