The Occupational Therapist assesses patients' abilities to perform occupational skills and designs appropriate care plans. They implement treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients and families about deficits.
A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required. Candidates must also obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire and possess critical thinking skills.
