The physician will assess, diagnose, and treat patients while providing medical services and health education to patients and their families. They are responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and maintaining accurate patient records within a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must be a licensed Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy, board certified or board eligible, and hold a valid federal DEA license. The role requires the ability to perform essential job functions including effective communication and visual acuity for patient care.
